How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive a whatsapp/SMS message and an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.

What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?

Depending on the destination, Max 3 delivering attempts will be made. You will be asked to schedule re-attemps through Whatsapp/SMS message. You can select date and time based on your time preference.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.

Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?

Within 10 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:

A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address)

How can I return products for a refund or replacement?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
